Uttam Nagar East Metro Station is an elevated Blue Line station serving the eastern half of the Uttam Nagar neighbourhood in West Delhi. Together with Uttam Nagar West, it provides comprehensive metro coverage for one of Delhi's most densely populated outer city districts. Opened in 2005, the station has been a daily fixture for the working-class and middle-class residents of this area.
