The station is one of the more straightforwardly commuter-focused stops on the western branch - there are few visitor attractions in the immediate vicinity and the station serves primarily local residents heading into the City or West End. The main nearby attraction, Ruislip Lido with its miniature railway, is accessible by bus from here.
