The southern extension of the Green Line, connecting Wadala to the historic CSMT terminal.
Line 11 is the highly anticipated southern extension of Line 4 (Wadala-Kasarvadavali). It aims to bring the Green Line into the heart of the city, connecting the Wadala transit hub with the iconic Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT). The line is planned as a mix of elevated and underground sections, traversing through the sensitive Mumbai Port Trust land and providing a much-needed transit alternative for the eastern harbor belt.
