About Sobha Realty

Sobha Realty Station is the primary metro gateway to Dubai Marina, one of the city's most popular residential and leisure destinations. The Marina waterfront, with its restaurants, the Walk at JBR and direct beach access, is one of the more walkable and pleasant areas of Dubai in cooler weather. The station also connects to the Dubai Tram, extending access further into the Marina and JBR.

Weekend evenings at the Marina are among Dubai's most lively and enjoyable experiences, with a genuinely cosmopolitan atmosphere. The metro and tram combination makes it accessible from anywhere on the Red Line without dealing with the considerable parking pressure around the Marina on busy days.

Station Overview

Sobha Realty Station opened in 2010 on the Dubai Metro's Red Line. It is classified as Zone 2 under the NOL card fare system. The Dubai Metro is a fully automated, driverless system operating on elevated viaducts and underground sections, offering fast, reliable and air-conditioned travel across the city.

The Red Line connects Sobha Realty to major destinations across Dubai. Red Line stations stretch from the UAE Exchange terminus in Jebel Ali through central Dubai to the Centrepoint terminus in the east. Green Line stations loop through Deira and Bur Dubai, connecting to the Red Line at Union and BurJuman.
